Enter the unique 6 digit code that your CDE Software technician gave you.

How It Works - You will download and install a small program to temporarily allow our technician to view/control your computer during a support session.  

 

 


 

 

Alternate CDE Software Remote Support Connection

If instructed to use the alternate remote connection, do the following:

  1. 1. Download the small remote control program.
  2. 2. Launch the downloaded program. It may be in your Downloads folder. Pressing CTRL-J inside your browser should display your downloads folder.
  3. 3. Give the 9 digit number to the person assisting you.

When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the remote program. This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
